There is bound to be something you’ll want. After you get to the High Bridge Plaza, turn right and stroll on down Main Street to Crute Stage at Fourth & Main. You can visit our fine art stores, varied boutiques, and furniture stores, or enjoy fine dining at several restaurants.</span><p><span style="font-family: times; font-size: large;"></span></p><p><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">The Farmville Art Walk is an arts and crafts, outdoor event along the High Bridge Trail State Park starting at the Farmville Train Station and then up Main Street to the Crute Stage, in Farmville, VA, on April 27,2024, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. </span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family: times; font-size: medium;">The event is FREE to the Public. </span></p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: times; font-size: x-large;"><b>Booth Space and Musicians</b></span></p><p><span style="font-family: times;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Artists/Crafters Booth Space cost $45 for non-CVA Members and $20 for CVA Members or Students. <span style="font-family: "times" , "times new roman" , serif;"><br /><span style="font-size: medium;">Artists are responsible for paying sales tax to the Commonwealth of Virginia on art sale proceeds.<br /><br />Here is a link to the <a href="https://gallery.mailchimp.com/9263ac908b50efc145656d908/files/d4b0cbd7-b3ee-44a7-92db-e1e1104f12f7/Virginia_Sales_Tax_ST_50_eform.pdf">Virginia Temporary Sales Tax payment eForm</a>. This form is also available on the CVA website on the "CVA Artist Exhibition Forms" page. If you sell more than three times in a year, you will need to register with the <a href="https://tax.virginia.gov/">VA Department of Taxation</a>.<br /><br />In the case of Riverside Café sales, Riverside collects the sales tax from the buyer, The CVA then distributes to the artist their 70% share of the sale plus 100% of the sales tax collected. 25% of the Riverside Café sales goes to Riverside Café, and 5% goes to the CVA.</span></span></div>
